Hi I’m new here looking for some advice I had a baby 7 years ago and have never managed to reduce my stomach especially the lower part, I’m fed up with feeling fat and unfit so joined aerobics. I was hoping with a healthy diet and aerobics it would help. Can anyone suggest what to do please? I know it would take time and doubt if I ever get a flat belly but want to try and improve. Any help will be appreciated.
