I am new to this forum. I am 5 feet and 7 inches tall and was weighing 70 kilograms. Since last 90 days I had been working out a lot with a determination that I will be able to build up good abs. though I have lost 10 kilograms in the process but I am not sure if I will be able to reduce the fats around my waist. I have heard that I need to follow a strict diet regime to get a carved abs. As I do not know much about these things and tried googling for it and bit skeptical in finding the proper solution. Please help me finding a proper diet & other inputs which a guy like me to follow of having a good abs. I will try to do everything possible and also really work hard to get my dream job done.
